I have always been interested in longevity. The website https://ways2well.com/health/beyond-stem-cells was a good starting point for understanding modern approaches to regeneration and why they are not limited to stem cells. I liked that the focus was not only on "treatment" but also on how to maintain the body in advance. The more I learn, the more I understand that health is not a magical procedure, but a plan, discipline, and control of indicators. Now I read similar materials systematically, and this has already influenced my daily habits: sleep, nutrition, activity. This is how information turned into practice.
